Who we are

Small Team, Personalized Service

We are a small, but dedicated team of professionals with over 30 years’ experience in managing community schemes. Future is headed up by Dawid Jacobs, a qualified legal practitioner who himself has over 20 years’ experience with community schemes legislation.

Being a small team, we are able to provide dedicated personal service to each of our clients. We believe in a personal relationship with our trustees and complexes and we undertake frequent site visits, while our operations managers will visit your complex at least once a week to assess any maintenance issues.
